Masquerade Theater

An interesting article on the Palais Garnier Paris. The chandelier falling and killing someone is supposedely the inspiration for the Phantom of the Opera. You can also see the link between this image and the print on Masquerade Theater.





Phantom of the Opera is my favourite musical; I like the darkness of it, and the fact that it would actually be natural for the characters to suddenly burst out into song :) This is possibly the most beautiful piece I own and it is one of my dream prints. The skirt has netting so it has some poof already. The material isn't that thick but it is soft.Ok that's enough blathering. Now on with the show!:






My fave part of the print are the angels holding music books :)

Oh wow, I hadn't seen the print or any photos of it close-up! The details are amazing, and yeah, the panel with the angel looks awesome! I didn't know that about the chandelier accident either!

Holy coowwww! I had no idea this is what Masquerade Theater looked like!! OMG. I NEED IT! Seriously.... I had no idea it was so gorgeous. ;___;

Well I just never wear it anymore. Just on weekends. And even then....my wear is dwindling! :(

I only wear it on weeksends sometimes. I would wear it most days if my job allowed it or I had the wardrobe for it!

I really liked that link! I want to see an opera there one day T_T. Congrats on getting one of your dream prints!! It is one of my all time favorite AATP releases as well!
